Thank you Cleopatra Palace! The day I walked into Cleopatra Palace & met with Mimi was the day I met an angel. With my daughter out of state in Grad School & her fiancée living in the Cayman Islands, I was left with the task of putting together a wedding for them with only 3 months notice, and of course, they wanted a New Year’s Eve wedding! I have only one daughter & of course I wanted her to have the beautiful wedding she deserves, but I was also on a budget. Mimi told me that day that I was going to love her & she was right. Mimi showed me how she could help me pull everything together with an affordable wedding package which included everything from the facility & catering to the flowers, cakes, photos & DJ. On the wedding day the facility was beautifully decorated and color coordinated. The food was outstanding! The cakes & flowers were beautiful and/or delicious. The photographer & DJ were professional & fun. Mimi handled every detail so well that all I had to do was to enjoy the celebration. The staff at Cleopatra Palace was the best! Both friendly & professional. I highly recommend Cleopatra Palace to anyone having a catered event. And I thank God for directing me to Mimi. Her personal attention & desire to make our event special was evident in how well everything went on our special night. My daughter & son in law were extremely pleased with every aspect of the evening. I am thrilled that she was able to have the wedding she always wanted. Mimi and George, I just received an e-mail from you which prompted me to write this very late thank you. Our entire family was so impressed with your services and food quality at our August 11, 2007 wedding reception at the S. Ch. The guests were so pleased!!! The food was made exactly how we discussed, and delivered and served in the most professional manner!!! I really appreciate the TWO chocolate fountains… and Travis was soooo excited about the marshmallows! Our family would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It is so rare to do business, especially in the wedding industry, with people who are so personal and friendly. You and George became an integral part of our wedding reception, and our family! Thank you so much for all of your help and expertise!!! It is so hared for me to express how thankful we are of you and your wonderful business! The reception turned out wonderfully!!! The decorations on the catering tables were spectacular! Everyone tells you that you won’t remember many things that happened during the reception, and they’re right. There are many things I can’t remember. But I do remember how professionally laid out and well prepared the meal was. I remember taling to the guests in line as they passed our table, and how quickly they moved through those lines. I couldn’t have asked to anything better!!! It was definitely one of the most memorable moments in my lifetime!!! I cannot begin to describe the fabulous quality of service from Mimi and her staff. The experience that we encountered from beginning to end was of a true company that cares about their services. Mimi was easy to get in contact with and she would go over and above to get the information you need. Our guests could not stop telling us how impressed they were with the food. The food was exquisite! I even remember hearing one particular comment in which one of my mother-in-law's friends is very selective about her food, but she was indeed in love with the Chefs' magic. Mimi is very personable and she is someone that you can trust to follow through with what is promised. Cleopatra Catering was the best choice we could have made for our perfect wedding!

Food was extremely important to us for our wedding reception. Our friends and families know how adventurous we are when it came to food so we didn't want a typical carving station menu. I met with several caters prior to meeting with Mimi and she was the most excited about our culinary experience that we wanted to capture at our wedding and she had the best prices with all she was including. We had a custom menu with 3 food stations. Everyone raved how great the food was. Also, people talked about how Mimi was so professional and top on of everything. She made things run very smoothly and of course the food was great! She was very helpful in helping me find other vendors. I would recommend her to anyone! She was great!

When we found Cleopatra Palace, we were very excited that we found a venue that provides everything in one location. And the cost was excellent. We had checked out three other venues before discovering Cleopatra Palace, and once we walked inside, we immediately knew that this was the place. We loved it!! Cleopatra Palace is very beautiful and decorated with your colors and set up as you desire. Mimi is very professional and awesome to work with. We have found a life long friend. We also referred friends to Cleopatra Palace and they also had their wedding there. I highly recommend Cleopatra Palace to any couple that is planning their wedding.
