"Cleopatra Catering, owned and run by Mimi, was outstanding. Mimi provided exceptional personal service from the bidding process through the conclusion of our wedding. Our wedding was in our new home. She called me each day just to touch base, to inform me of all matters that she successfully secured in the past 24 hours, and to ask if I or my fiancé had any further requests/questions/concerns/comments. The tasting she provided was in our home and was wonderful. The wedding was absolutely beautiful, the food was nothing less than scrumptious, and her staff was supremely professional, personable and capable. As you can see, I am extremely impressed. This was our wedding, and Mimi came through for us. My wife and I will never forget her and her efforts to make our special day one of the best days of our lives. We truly have a new friend in Mimi. I give my highest recommendation to Cleopatra Catering without any reservation. As a former Chairman of the Board of a multispecialy Medical Clinic and Chairman of the Department of Neurology at a large hospital who has experienced many people's work ethic and ability to succeed in their endeavors, Mimi has shined. When giving a critique about a person or a business, I always try to tell the whole truth, including at least one of the "negatives"; I have always felt this to be essential in a critique. However, I simply have no negative comments, concerns or even helpful suggestions for her. Cleopatra Catering is wonderful, and Mimi is a consummate professional.
